In the history of Gujarat newspapers Divya Bhaskar is the first newspaper who has installed state–of–the–art 3   Line KBA machine which can print 2.25 lac copies in an hour. It took only one year in erecting Bhaskar Print Planet in Ahmedabad and just four months in installing KBA machines. Normally, use of KBA machines was limited to English newspapers till now, but by establishing a benchmark in the Gujarati journalistic world, now, Divya Bhaskar would be printed on KBA machines. All the new machines and those being installed in future will be known under the title of 'Bhaskar Print Planet'. The KBA machines of its kind have already been installed at Dainik Bhaskar, Jaipur and now it is all set to become the property of Divya Bhaskar Ahmedabad.

"Bhaskar Group started its ambitious journey with launching of Dainik Bhaskar from Indore, the educational hub & the historical city.

Indore Bhaskar has 07 HI-LINE towers with triple former on UNISET folder which can print 28 color pages in 3 books at speed of 45,000 copies per hour and no other Newspaper in the city has such a capacity. Total Printing capacity of Indore Plant will be 3,60,000 copies in 4 hours at an hourly average output of 90,000 copies. Indore also has one of the World's best and fastest Violet CTP from KRAUSE, Germany.

Indore Bhaskar Printing Plant is located on main Highway at Sanwer Road Industrial area & just 10 minutes drive from Indore Airport."

Situated at the outskirt of Pink city this 8 story tall structure houses "Latest generation of state of art print facility" comprising of KBA Prisma printing machine & WAMAC mailroom with KRAUSE CTP capable of printing all color newspaper with supplements duly inserted at a lightining fast speed of 23 copies per second with online counting and bundling to keep intact the freshness of the product. This set up at Jaipur provides excellent print quality and more flexibility for advertisers and the distribution of inserted material .It also allow the Daily News to deliver a cleaner, more visually appealing print product.With this investment we can offer publishers the best tools in the marketplace to help them maintain and strengthen their competitive position.The production model at our new plant is based on a unique combination of technology and highly skilled people, in whom we have invested extensive training.
